Join the Intuit DevX team as a Sr. Product Designer. At PDX, we’re building anAI-driven expert platform that enables our developers around the globe to deliverfast code fast, with quality, security, and compliance built in. This empowers ourteams to innovate on our platform using shared capabilities that include, AI, data, andfintech to quickly build intuitive products across all of Intuit.

We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allowcustomers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at eachstage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will relyheavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insightsinto delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadershipskills and the ability to execute a creative vision.More responsibilities in detail:● Craft design requirements based on information from internal teams anduser research.● Identify new product improvement opportunities.● Analyze how a new product satisfies business needs and consumerpreferences.● Act as an end-to-end product designer who can visualize the customerjourney, sketch, prototype, and see your product through production.● Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent andaccurate communication.● Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.● Work closely with product engineers to understand how your designs will be built, suggest improvements for products and processes, and QAdesigns before it’s shipped.● Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and seniorleadership.

Qualifications

Have 5+ years of experience in digital product design.● Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including userresearch, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interactiondesign, and usability testing.● An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.● Excellent attention to detail.● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.● Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.● A well-rounded portfolio of product work, demonstrating a strongunderstanding of business objectives and customer needs.● Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.● Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking ofways to improve.● Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing avariety of audiences.● Provide assistance to product engineers when needed.● Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latesttrends and techniques.
