Job Overview
Intuit’s Platform and Development Xceleration Group (PDX) is seeking a StaffTechnical Program Manager to join our Intuit Data Exchange (IDX) Platformorganization. Intuit’s IDX Platform drives data integration and automation capabilities,and is the central data-exchange platform for all of Intuit products. The platform is adurable and key strategic lever for our business.We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and strategic technical programmanager to define and deliver innovative platform solutions. The candidate shouldunderstand system design and platform architecture, thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and drive customer outcomes acrossIntuit. The right candidate for this role is someone who has a strong technical,product and program background in an agile environment, is invigorated by workingwithin a large, complex organization, and has super power abilities to communicateand influence at all levels. She/He will have a relentless focus on the customer, usedata to inform decision making, and will be strategically focused to build durableplatform solutions for our most important customer problems.
Responsibilities
● Drive and own Technical Program Management for the IDX Platform initiativeswith touch points around the globe (MTV/LA/ISR/IDC).● Build trust and drive change on programs across multiple portfolios & acrossgeographies.● Partner with the product delivery team to unblock/guide program teams’delivery and operate smoothly.● Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bringtogether complex, cross-organizational teams.● Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases ofplanning, development, and production readiness and launch.● Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management &engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towardsprogram outcomes.● Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependenciesthat need action and drive them through to closure.● Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.● Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints.● Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; includesprogram status, risks, dependencies and change control.● Partner with the leadership team to create an environment where the teams arerecognized and feel encouraged to the point that they want to work on yourprogram(s).● Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.● Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others atall levels to work towards desired outcomes.● Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently.
Qualifications
● BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree.Experience in platform organization is a plus.● 10+ years of Program Management leadership experience, including 8 ormore years leading multiple complex technology focused programs.● Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influenceat all levels.● Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiencesvisually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, andother relevant success criteria.● Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations indelivering the best outcome of complex programs.● Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complextechnology programs with Agile development methodologies.● Experience in product or customer data integration platforms is a plus.● PMP Certification is a plus.
