Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

One out of every two small businesses fail within their first five years. Intuit QuickBooks is on a mission to give small businesses the tools they need to manage cash flow with confidence. We leverage the rich data within QuickBooks to enable fast, reliable payments, payroll, and access to capital.

Across Intuit’s consumer and small business ecosystem—including QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and TurboTax—we help individuals and entrepreneurs move, manage, and grow their money safely and efficiently. With these products working together, entrepreneurs never again have to worry about making payroll, managing taxes, or saying no to a business opportunity. That’s how we power prosperity around the world.

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to support and scale Intuit’s Enterprise Risk Strategy function in identifying, prioritizing, and addressing risks related to fraud, abuse, and the movement of funds across Intuit’s products and platforms. This role partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Security, and Product to drive operational excellence, enable strong governance, and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.

This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and can translate ambiguity into clarity, alignment, and execution.

  • Partner with Enterprise Risk Strategy leadership, including the Chief Risk Officer, to shape priorities, operating cadence, and governance mechanisms.

  • Serve as a thought partner to leaders on emerging fraud, abuse, and funds movement risks.

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning for Risk Management initiatives, translating strategy into execution plans, milestones, and success measures.

  • Drive alignment between enterprise risk priorities and product, technology, finance, and compliance roadmaps.

  • Identify and address gaps in coverage, scalability, or execution across the risk lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Influence and Alignment

  • Influence senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, and Data without direct authority.

  • Facilitate executive-level risk discussions and forums, ensuring clear ownership, decisions, and follow-through.

  • Represent Enterprise Risk Strategy in cross-company initiatives related to money movement, fraud, and customer protection.

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

  • Design and implement scalable processes, tooling, and metrics that improve visibility and decision-making across enterprise risk activities.

  • Lead change management efforts to embed risk-aware behaviors into product and business operations.

  • Develop programs and operating mechanisms that make Intuit Risk a preferred employer for the world’s best risk management professionals and data scientists.

  • Strengthen communication and connection across a multifaceted and fast growing Enterprise Risk organization that includes product managers, data scientists, analysts, policy managers, operations, and customer support specialists.
