Job Overview

The Director Talent Acquisition Programs is a critical role within Intuit’s Talent Acquisition organization, leading and delivery Intuit’s strategic Talent Acquisition Programs. Hiring the world’s top diverse talent is critical in supporting Intuit’s Big Bets and this role is responsible for leading and delivering scalable programs across the globe,

The successful candidate will lead with a bold vision, eye for scale and an obsession on the Customer experience; candidates, partners and employees who engage in Intuit’s hiring process. This role requires a strong understanding of Intuit’s critical skills of the future, business requirements across all customer and product segments, and tight partnership with business leaders to help create the vision, next generation strategies and priorities of our global TA programs, including University Recruiting Programs, Contingent Workforce, Employee Referral, Assessment and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion recruiting focused Programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coach, train, and mentor a team of experienced global program managers to scale for the future and consistently raise the bar
  • Lead all aspects of Intuit’s Global TA Programs, including program vision, creation, execution leveraging best in class Program Management and change leadership practices
  • Cultivate deep partnerships relationships with internal stakeholders and staff, external partners and professional associations and diversity groups
  • Partner with Intuit’s senior leadership team and hiring managers to determine innovative strategies to recruit top diverse talent aligned with our craft skills, internal mobility and diversity goals
  • Work across Talent Acquisition in strong collaboration with our High Volume, Executive and Functional Pro Hiring teams to deliver a cohesive talent planning strategy and execution

Qualifications

  • An established senior leader with a successful and extensive track record of creating and driving the strategy for complex global people programs at scale, preferably in a fast-moving high-tech company environment
  • 8+ years’ experience leading global talent programs, creating preferably with specific experience within Recruiting  
  • 5+ years’ experience managing experienced Program Managers, fostering a culture of inclusion belonging, growth and innovation
  • Deep knowledge in Program Management best practices and visioning, building, and implementing global programs at scale
  • Deep knowledge of the recruiting landscape and industry
  • Deep experience in change leadership
  • A natural relationship builder with demonstrated experience in influencing effectively at the most senior executive level, both within a People and Places organization as well as more broadly across a large global company
  • Strong understanding of the Recruiting and DEI landscape is preferred

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $253000-342500, Southern California $247500-335000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
