Mailchimp solves one of the largest challenges small businesses face – getting customers. For two-thirds of small businesses, finding new customers is their biggest obstacle and over 25% struggle to retain existing ones. 13M businesses use Mailchimp to grow their business, and the combination of QuickBooks and Mailchimp will enable the next horizon of transformative innovation. Through the combined offering, small businesses will be able to grow and manage their business with one platform, enabling Mailchimp to offer unparalleled performance to its customers.
You will be joining the Mailchimp product organization to lead the Personalization team. As our Personalization leader, you will harness our data and AI capabilities to solve the #1 problem for small and medium businesses around the world: customer growth. You will be responsible for driving innovation to deliver Recommendations of Marketing strategies, from driving engagement for our SMBs with their customers to driving revenue growth, you will develop GenAI powered innovation to optimize how SMBs reach their customers, and how they understand their audiences. You’ll lead and grow a team of experienced and high-velocity product leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and grow a bar-raising Product Management team.
- Create and deliver the Mailchimp Personalization vision and roadmap
- Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation across all of our cross-functional teams
- Maintain deep knowledge of how the product is performing for customers and drive high priority and high velocity decisions.
- Team Leadership: Serve as a strategic leader of a 30+ person organization. Attract and develop best in class talent while leading a high performing, inclusive team culture.
- Business transformation: Transform the team to lead with the most innovative, scaled approaches of empowering customers to be successful on the platform.
- Foster an innovative culture that utilizes new technologies such as GenAI to elevate impact of existing resources.
- Develop scalable approaches to empower our customers to grow their businesses.
- Strategic planning: Develops and executes on global one-and three-year strategic plans.
- Set the strategic vision for shaping and aligning customer education and development efforts with business needs.
- Oversee the execution of initiatives to best enable the sales and customers success organizations to drive product-market fit.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: This leader will partner with other critical functions like Product, PD, Design, Data and Marketing to ensure we are collectively designing segment specific digital and assisted services experiences to ensure customers quickly onboard and see value from Mailchimp.
- Ensure team’s efforts are aligned to the company’s most strategic priorities and champion shared metrics and velocity in execution.
- Lead Data-driven Customer Insight and Continuous Improvement – Obsess over customer impact and feedback, using data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement in processes, product and service.
- Leverage data and analytics to continue improving team’s performance and identify opportunities to better support customers when and how they need assistance.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California: $270,000 - $365,000
New York, NY: $261,500 - $353,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categiries of ehtnicity and gender.
Qualifications
- You are deeply curious and a fast learner.
- You are customer obsessed and deploy your curiosity to deeply understand their needs.
- You are biased for action and can translate your fast learning into high velocity decision making, and rapid alignment across an organization.
- You are an expert in the Product Management craft, with 10-15+ years of building market leading products and services.
- You are a talent magnet due to a strong track record of coaching PMs on your teams to accomplish what they never thought possible.
- You have a demonstrated technical, data, and AI acumen. Your experience leading teams covers the ‘full stack’ of AI development, from model development to customer experience.
- You have experience working in B2B, ideally with marketers within medium-sized businesses.
- You can ask the right questions of product data, select the right KPIs, and operationalize into performance-oriented goals for your team.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $261500 - $353500, Bay Area California $270000-365000.
