As the U.S. Marketing Director, Platform Product Marketing, you will identify the right segments to target, develop and deploy winning value propositions, drive differentiation in our experiences and capabilities, while continuing to ensure we have a durable approach to growth. In this product marketing role across multi-product, product agnostic, and platform-wide experiences and capabilities, you will lead horizontally to create and deliver an integrated strategy and experience that delights customers. The role reports to the VP QB Core & Platform Product Marketing.

We are looking for a passionate candidate to lead this newly established organization: someone who is comfortable working across disciplines with cross-functional teams, able to teach product marketing craft, and able to flux between the big picture and sweating the details. Responsibilities

  • Lead across the full spectrum of inbound and outbound product marketing for experiences and capabilities that are multi-product or product-agnostic, and for the QuickBooks platform as a whole
  • Develop integrated portfolio strategy for the platform, informing the role each product, service, experience or capability plays in our e2e GTM
  • Develop the segmentation and positioning strategy, and enable e2e GTM readiness for the platform as a whole and for multi-product or product-agnostic experiences and capabilities
  • Build and drive the go-to-market strategy for the platform and for these experiences and capabilities
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities for growth: customer segments, product experiences, business models, e2e marketing experiences
  • Partner with Product on the roadmap and solution set to drive continued acquisition, engagement and monetization
  • Partner with Acquisition and Lifecycle teams across paid, earned and owned channels, and with Sales, CS and indirect channels to deliver programs that drive growth
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Design, Brand, Partnerships, Sales and Customer Success to deliver amazing e2e customer experiences
  • Build and lead a motivated, high-performing team of marketers, to drive excellent execution of the strategy, grow their careers, and build new capabilities for the future
  • Serve on the US Marketing extended leadership team

Qualifications

  • 10+ year track record for developing winning growth strategies AND inspiring excellent execution through teams
  • Deep product marketing craft expertise: from developing customer and market insight, to informing actionable positioning and growth strategies
  • Deep domain expertise in SaaS, fintech, financial services preferred
  • Proven capability in marketing strategy conception, development and execution
  • Data-driven… experience leveraging data to create delightful end-to-end marketing and product experiences
  • Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals
  • Proven ability to hire and grow world-class marketing professionals
  • Proven ability to engage, energize and enable large, cross-functional teams
  • Native genius of prioritizing what’s most important, for self, team and cross-functionals
  • Strong skills in communication (written, verbal, and visual), influence and collaboration, including at the executive level
  • Demonstrated track record of driving transformation, with broad set of change management tools and skills
  • Externally aware, in-touch and connected with the latest in marketing and technology trends

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $$250,500-$339,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
