Company Overview

With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Do you love bringing order to creative chaos? We’re looking for a Head of Creative Operations to join our in-house team at Intuit. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our creative engine, helping us turn bold ideas into business impact by managing resources, budgets, and processes that drive our work forward. You’ll work across teams, partner with stakeholders, and ensure we stay on track while fostering a culture of creative excellence. If you thrive on solving complex problems, orchestrating multiple projects, and empowering teams to do their best work, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Be the Team’s Conductor: Lead the day-to-day operations of the creative team, making sure all the moving parts—projects, people, and processes—are in perfect sync.
- Resource Wizardry: Craft and implement resourcing plans to ensure we’re using the right talent in the right places, keeping our creative and business goals aligned and needs met.
- Budget Champion: Own the creative team’s budget, from working and non-working spends to expense tracking, ensuring budget alignment with business goals.
- Strategic Planner: Establish and optimize processes for planning, workflow management, and project execution to ensure that deliverables are on time, on brand, and within scope. Your planning will make sure we don’t just meet deadlines—we crush them.
- Collaborative Powerhouse: Partner with marketing, product, finance, and more to ensure everyone’s working toward the same vision. You’ll be the glue that holds cross-functional initiatives together, keeping creative output and organizational objectives aligned.
- Vendor Connector: Oversee vendor relationships and external partners, negotiating contracts and managing scopes of work that deliver real value to our team.
- Flexible Operator & Agent of Change: Drive continuous process improvements to keep the creative team agile, implementing best practices in program management, communication, and execution. Lead change initiatives that help the team grow and adapt, making sure we’re always at the top of our game, no matter what comes our way.
- Tech & Tools Savvy: Ensure the team has the right tools and platforms in place for effective workflow management, collaboration, and digital asset management. Introduce and guide us with project management tools and systems to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Champion of Creative Culture: Advocate for a culture that strikes the right balance between creative freedom and operational discipline. You’ll help us stay inspired and growing while keeping things running smoothly.
- Stakeholder Whisperer: Manage expectations and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring our creative work delivers business results and aligns with strategic priorities.
- Mentor & Coach: Grow and develop a high-performing team of program managers and creative producers, guiding them in both their day-to-day and long-term career growth.
- Global Coordinator: Align global teams across regions and cornerstone brands to ensure smooth collaboration and seamless processes, no matter the team, no matter the geography.
Qualifications
- Operational Mastermind: You know how to turn chaos into clarity, building processes that create efficiency and accountability while leaving room for creativity to shine.
- Business Savvy: You’re great at balancing the needs and ambitions of creative teams with business goals and objectives, ensuring our work moves the needle while staying true to our creative vision.
- Inspiring Leader: You’ve led diverse and cross-functional teams before, and you know how to foster collaboration, solve problems, and bring out the best in people.
- Project & Resource Guru: You’re an expert at managing complex, high-stakes creative projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Strategic Visionary: You’re not just focused on the here and now—you know how to plan for the future, anticipating needs and setting the team up for long-term growth and success.
- Clear Communicator: Whether you’re talking to your team, stakeholders, or partners, you can clearly and persuasively articulate complex ideas with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to command the room.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You love using data to drive better decisions, optimize resources, and find new ways to improve how we work.
- Tech-Savvy: You have deep knowledge of the latest creative project management tools, digital asset management systems, and collaboration platforms to streamline team workflows.
- Global Leader: You’ve worked with teams across regions and know how to align global efforts to ensure smooth, efficient and effective collaboration.
- Flexible & Adaptable: No matter how fast things change, you stay calm, focused, and ready to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
