Job Overview
The Customer Success (CS) Services Analytics team is seeking an exceptional Data Science Manager II to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences through Intuit's world-class expert services. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead an iterative, experimentation culture that combines quantitative insights, strategic thinking, and qualitative learnings to increase learning and success rates.
Collaborating closely with our Intuit Assist Expert Experiences team, you will measure the impact of Intuit's generative AI native experiences on business outcomes and the overall expert experience. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer success at Intuit as we build a service platform to empower our customers beyond core product use. This is your

Responsibilities
- Drive the data and analytics strategic vision and framework for our Intuit Assist Expert Experiences team
- Partner with cross functional business leaders (e.g. Intuit Assist Expert Experiences team, Service Delivery, Operations, Learning & Development, Expert Engagement) to define business strategies, areas of investment, and critical priorities.
- Lead and develop a world class team of analysts and data scientists, coaching technical and strategic skill sets, especially in advanced analytics, applied data science, and modeling
- Translate business and analytics strategies into multiple short-term and long-term projects, and manages end-to-end execution.
- Activate analytics insights that lead to decisions or better hypotheses, and evangelizes innovative analytics ideas that enable new opportunities.
- Drives analytics rigor by inspecting and experimenting methodologies, improving techniques, and creating a learning culture.
- Drive data roadmap from data quality to data visualization. Construct data models to enable analytics use cases.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $160,000 - 216,500, Southern California $150,000-202,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of diverse analytics and data science experience, including product analytics
- Proven experience in leading a team of analysts and/or scientists
- Strong passion in uncovering strategic opportunities and solving business problems
- Prior hands-on experience in advanced statistical analysis, controlled experimentation, and applied data science
- Prior hands-on experience in Causal Inference methods (Propensity Score, DiD, Synthetic Control, etc..) and when to use them to answer key business questions.
- Proficient with SQL, Python
- Experience in AI/ML and LLM integration into analysis/data worklow
- Experience in data gap assessments, requirements and infrastructure implementation
- Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Undergraduate degree a must; Equivalent work experience considered.
