Job Overview
Come join the QuickBooks Live Product Marketing Team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager (M2)!
We are looking for a Senior PMM to lead product marketing, inbound and outbound initiatives, and execution for our QuickBooks Live portfolio of offerings. This individual will possess an outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative and analytical approaches toward trajectory-changing marketing solutions. Strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional partnerships, customer empathy, business management rigor, a bias for speed, and executive-level influence skills will be essential.
This leader will operate in strong partnerships with Advertising, Design, Analytics, Product Management, and Finance. To be successful, you will bring a mix of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, GTM experience, and a consumer orientation within a cross-functional, dynamic organization with a need to move with velocity.
Responsibilities
● Leverage consumer insights, competitive understanding, and data to define and execute against growth opportunities with strategic and executional excellence
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and objectives
● Develop a deep understanding of the product-offering and value to influence product roadmaps and create persuasive consumer experiences
● Translate customer/marketplace needs into strategic product and marketing plans to drive both acquisition and retention
Develop clear messaging and creative briefs that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and reasons to believe
● Partner with ad teams to define integrated communication strategies across the portfolio
● Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes
● Establish metrics for success and actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results
● Demonstrated ability to lead with operational rigor through the development of principle-based prioritization across an array of offerings and initiatives
Qualifications
● 7+ years professional experience in marketing or product marketing
● Experience in team management, growing and mentoring talent
● Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred
● Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomes
● Solid written and verbal skills to communicate program objectives, recommendations, and results to senior leaders
● Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
● Track record of making data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgment
● Proven success in turning deep customer understanding into insightful market strategy and execution that drives strong business results
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $170000-230000, Southern California $150500-203500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
