Job Overview
Intuit’s Ecosystem Lifecycle Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Marketer to help develop best-in-class campaigns that drive mid-market customer conversion and creation of qualified leads for our sales team. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive customer adoption of the full ecosystem of Quickbooks solutions. This is a unique opportunity for ahighly motivated and experienced marketer to trailblaze the organization’s future and innovate how we communicate the ecosystem to emerging Mid-Market businesses.
Responsibilities
● Develop digital, cross-channel mid-market customer focused campaigns across email, push, sms, in product communications and direct mail to implement a holistic, omni-channel approach.● Partner closely with cross functional teams within marketing (go-to-market managers, product marketing, marketing ops, creative and development) and manage team of marketers to execute campaigns, as well as analyze results. Understand when and how to best engage with teams outside of marketing (data ops, analytics, product, PMO) in order to move projects forward.● Meet or exceed our MQL forecast through rapid iteration of both tried and true strategies as well as innovative new approaches.● Leverage existing next best action models and help identify new AI opportunities to improve the quality of the MQLs generated.● Proactively make recommendations to enhance campaign strategy, manage team workload and requests, communicate status, identify risks, and thoughtfully and co-operatively negotiate with partners and stakeholders on deadlines, scope of work, and potential tradeoffs.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $213,500-289,000, Southern California $203,500-275,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
● 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within lifecycle marketing● Experience setting up, executing and measuring lifecycle marketing campaigns for SaaS products, managing a team and directing strategy and and roadmap execution● Experience working in environments where both fully digital and sales assisted purchase journeys co-existed a big plus● Highly collaborative approach with the ability to effectively manage relationships with many different internal and external stakeholders, including Sales teams● Proven ability to drive results and pivot if target metrics are not being met● MarTech experience a plus including SalesForce, Eloqua etc● Ability to rally and unite partners to work toward shared goals with clarity and purpose.● Self-starter who sees ambiguity as an opportunity● Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers● Bachelor’s Degree required
