Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Media Specialist that will be apart of the QuickBooks Acquisition team (Integrated Marketing, Web, Media, Search,Custom Content, Marketing Alliances & Partnerships). In this role, you will beresponsible for our mid-market media strategy for the newly launched Intuit EnterpriseSuite as well as cross sell\upsell other products within the QuickBooks platform. You willdevelop and own the B2B media strategies and then help manage the execution of thestrategies by working with; Media Channel Owners, Go To Market Partners, IntegratedMarketing Team, Media & Web Analytics, Sales and our outside partner agencies.You will be responsible for fleshing out an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and ascaled media approach as we work on building our B2B marketing muscle. Afterstrategies are developed, you will take a key role in audience development using ourpreferred tech partner platforms and then work with an internal team to execute mediaagainst those strategies and audiences. In this role, you will partner with a talentedteam of growth marketers to develop and execute targeted marketing campaignsdesigned to engage and convert key accounts in the mid-market sector. You will need adeep understanding of performance media channels and a proven track record ofoptimizing marketing to sales lead flows. 

Responsibilities

● Champion the B2B media strategy for Inuit Enterprise Suite.● Refine and expand ABM strategy: define target accounts, personalizemessaging, and execute multi-channel campaigns.● Coordinate with teams working on email, webinars, and events.● Drive lead generation and nurturing: Drive qualified leads through targetedcampaigns and work with internal partners to optimize lead nurturing processes,and ensure seamless handoff to sales.● Partner with Marketing Technology to connect marketing and sales tech stacksand optimize lead scoring● Partner with analytics, channel leads and agency partners to track and analyzecampaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaignsto maximize ROI.● Work closely with Integrated Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and contentteams to align B2B Media initiatives with overall marketing and sales goals. Workcross-functionally with a high-performing team of growth marketers, fostering aculture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.● Alignment with Sales: Partner with the Sales team to align marketing initiativeswith sales objectives and support their efforts in closing deals by working closelywith them to ensure lead quality and follow-up. Help define and maintain ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs) for lead hand-offs.

● Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing workflows andprocesses, including lead management, campaign execution, and datamanagement.● Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and evaluate new B2Btechnologies, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

● 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and media experience with a focus onABM.● Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and lead lifecycle.● Expertise in performance media channels (paid social, search, display) and bestpractices.

● Hands on experience with ABM strategies and platforms.● Experience with marketing automation platforms in the B2B space.● Experience with Marketo a plus● Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract insights frommarketing data and present them in a clear and concise manner.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $190,000-257,000, Southern California $180,000-243,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
