Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee in-product messages related to our marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing end-to-end processes for creating and executing campaigns, analyzing and optimizing performance data, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities
As the Marketing Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing operation processes, including lead management, campaign strategies, and reporting.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing automation systems, including managing and integrations of marketing technologies.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance data, using data-driven insights to provide recommendations for optimization.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain marketing technology systems
- Streamline operations workflows and create process efficiencies across all marketing functions.
- Develop and execute best practices in campaign and management.
- Collaborate with the partner teams to ensure the efficient use of marketing resources.
- Identify areas of opportunity for innovation in marketing and process optimization, driving changes in accordance with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in a marketing operations role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience working within a marketing automation platform.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with customer data platforms, Jira, digital asset management and Adobe is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Strong communicator, ability to mentor new members to the team, ability to work well across teams and various levels, highly organized & detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture, team player, always curious, comfortable in the unknown
- Quality control mindset. Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot root causes and communicate risks to leaders. Ability to provide solutions to solve problems.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and reprioritize objectives as needed.
- Hybrid role with 3 days required in an Intuit office, with the potential for this to increase to 4/ 5 days in the future.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $93500-126500, Southern California $93000-126000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
