Come join the Virtual Expert Platform as a Principal Product Manager, where you will lead AI-driven technology innovation to build platforms at scale that help transform the lives of consumers, small businesses and accountants by connecting our customers to experts across all Intuit product lines. 

As a leader on the Intuit Virtual Expert Platform, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, execution and delivery of core capabilities for all Intuit customers that will drive customer benefit, growth, and long-term differentiation for the company. 

We are looking for candidates who have strong product management skills in building user experiences, with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a bold vision and strategy for the platform and provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements. 
  • Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices.
  • Leverage AI to enable personalized, proactive, contextually relevant experiences.
  • Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to objectives.
  • Work closely with Intuit design and engineering teams to build and deliver delightful customer experiences for our experts and customers.
  • Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior end executive leaders across Intuit teams to collaborate and co-create roadmaps.
  • Consistently work to optimize the broader organization operating model (process, people, structure, partnerships) and drives change to improve.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management leadership role.
  • Experience with building and leading high performing teams.
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrable technical depth in software development - i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plus.
  • Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer
  • Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
  • Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.
  • Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferrable; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $195,000 - $264,000, Colorado $169,000 - $229,000, Bay Area California $195,000 - 264,000, Southern California $188,500 - 254,500, Washington $177,500 - $240,500, Washington D.C. $182,000 - $246,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
