As a member of the Business Operations team within P&P, you will enable P&P to deliver outcomes with velocity and scale P&P’s impact across Intuit. We are responsible for the P&P Operating System – how the organization operates and delivers outcomes to our employees – including strategic planning, execution and delivery of goals, employee communication and engagement, and senior leader effectiveness.

We are looking for a strategic, creative problem solver who can influence without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape and manage P&P’s operating system including our strategic planning processes, execution of our goals, and delivery of outcomes
  • Identify the need for new processes that drive organizational velocity and increase impact and lead the charge to implement
  • Partner with P&P’s senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems
  • Conceptualize, plan, and lead strategic programs that drive P&P’s organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is a team player.

 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following:

 

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organization
  • Experience in leading large complex projects/programs or organizational change initiatives
  • Strategy and operations experience in a technology company or consulting experience in top management consulting firms or strategic or analytical roles at top companies
  • Experience leading and facilitating conversation with executives
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to simplify complex strategic problems with a structured approach and develop data-backed solutions
  • Strong business acumen and creativity including the ability to generate innovative insights and ideas to identify new opportunities that help advance the business
  • Outcome-driven mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions, drive projects to completion, and sweat the details to deliver outcomes
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to explain complex topics and convince stakeholders to take
  • Well-rounded interpersonal Able to work in a highly cross-functional environment, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders
  • Experienced change Able to influence, build consensus and trust across teams to accelerate outcomes
  • Quick learner with a growth Able to quickly learn different domains and ramp up expertise in new areas

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $197,500 - 267,000, Southern California $190,000 - 257,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
