Job Overview
The Accelerating Functions finance team at Intuit is responsible for the overall process and consolidation of key business results across our Accelerating Functions, which includes Marketing and Communications, People and Places, Finance, Legal and Corporate Strategy and Development. We also develop strategic, data driven insights and partner with key senior leaders in support of decisions with company-wide impact.
We are looking for an independent, creative thinker who can bring superb analytical skills to help accelerate Intuit’s growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Thoughtfully lay out narratives and dashboards to drive executive insights and decision making in support of our strategic initiatives
- Partner on projects to align on the right set of metrics to enable our marketing investments to deliver outsized returns
- Lead 1 & 3 year strategic financial planning across the M&C Ecosystem
- Partner and collaborate as a key FP&A partner with segment groups to provide an accurate forecast, influence and execute against each group’s vision, strategies, and priorities.
- Create financial reporting presentations (month end/quarter close, forecast updates) for senior business leaders to enable transparency into the business performance and drive key decisions impacting the business trajectory.
Qualifications
- BS in Finance or Economics, or equivalent work experience (MBA Preferred)
- 10+ years relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance role
- Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to both lead and drive complex analysis to influence and drive decisions
- Trusted business partner who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial results
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills
- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work well within teams, and ability to coordinate across multiple organizations
- Strong communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct and actionable senior Executive deliverables (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.)
- Passion for problem-solving, comfortable with ambiguity, creative and able to juggle multiple priorities
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $169,000-229,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
