  • Collaborate closely with design, product, HR, and engineering leaders to develop a future-facing product and UX strategy for employee experiences.

Design execution and innovation:

  • Contribute to and advance our internal design systems, ensuring they are future-forward, efficient, and optimized for employee-centric applications.

  • Effectively influence and inspire cross-functional teams (including HR, IT, and various business units) and leadership through powerful storytelling and clear communication.
  • Facilitate design artifacts, workshops, and critiques to drive alignment, gather feedback, and elevate the quality of design across leadership and teams.

Team leadership and mentorship:

  • Mentor and guide other designers, fostering their professional development and craft.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader within the internal design community, advocating for user-centered design approaches to employee challenges.
  • Drive the adoption of design best practices, new tools, and innovative methodologies within the team and with key partners.
  • Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring team culture, pushing for sharper ideas and bolder thinking.
