Our Modernization Analytics growth team exists to maximize the value of data throughout Intuit by improving the velocity of data driven decisioning and innovation of Intuit’s business users, data analysts, data scientists, and machine learning practitioners. Our team enables Intuit data to scale effectively and evolve rapidly by providing highly performant, secure, compliant, and flexible data analysis & insight capabilities that support the expanding needs of the businesses. We aim to democratize data by making it more accessible and useful to technical and non-technical employees.

We are looking for a Principal/Senior Product Manager to help drive the next evolution of our analytics experiences at Intuit. Your mission is to simplify and accelerate end-to-end data analysis and consumption experiences at Intuit. You will lead the vision, strategy and execution for our data analysis capabilities and use AI knowledge to address an array of product and business problems with a diverse set of cross-functional partners from Data Analytics, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and others.

The scope and impact of this role is significant. You will be responsible for managing multiple GenAI powered analytical capabilities as products and driving holistic AI first product strategy and prioritization across them. Responsibilities

  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and strategic pivoting is part of remaining ahead of the industry curve.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, product analytics, and Analytics/AI industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact.
  • Partner closely with senior management and analytics teams to define and align with stakeholders on vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Develop AI-first product roadmaps in partnership with relevant product, engineering and analytics teams that execute product vision and strategy.
  • Foster a metrics-driven environment that encourages proactive & quality experimentation and sets high standards for measuring product
  • Stay informed about industry advancements, influence their direction, and conduct comprehensive buy vs. build analysis to align with state-of-the-art solutions, encouraging ROI-based decisions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with Intuit engineers, creating continuous feedback loops to ensure we solve the right problems and drive maximum impact for
  • Exhibit robust problem-solving and decision-making skills, tackling technical and strategic challenges in innovative ways and leveraging data and intuition to make strategic choices in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ensure thoughtful product evolution that organically accelerates product adoption

Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, Statistics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in AI and/or preferably GenAI product building and
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with at least 4+ years of experience in data analytics platforms/products/experiences or AI-powered consumer product
  • Experienced working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, gather/define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Experienced delivering technical & leadership presentations
  • Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success
  • Leverages product intuition and judgment to solve problems and make decisions without perfect information
  • Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry
  • Excellent communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $226,500-307,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
