We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead a top QuickBooks Mid-Market initiative on the Payments Experience team. You will be responsible for defining the short- and long-term product strategy for Accounts-Receivable and Payments products on Quickbooks, to deliver acquisition and run the business experiences for Construction and Professional services customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impactful product strategies for the target industries, solving for the growth objectives and customer needs
  • Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes through direct delivery and Partnership with core product teams. Align roadmaps to make sure the end-to-end experience is solving for the same customer
  • Lead a global cross-functional team, including engineering, design, and product functions across time zones
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, including leading groups to make informed decisions even in the absence of perfect data

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record in B2B product management delivering features that solve core customer needs, coupled with familiarity with the financial technology industry and the needs of medium-sized businesses. Experience with the Construction and or Professional services industries is preferred.
  • Ability to translate the needs of ‘buyers’ in the B2B sales cycle into features that significantly reduce work or increase value for the ‘employee’ user of the product.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and astutely leverage internal and external technologies to create innovative solutions, including adept use of artificial intelligence and automation
  • Can fluidly operate at multiple levels, from distilling insights and presenting to leadership as well as getting involved at the ground level and sweating the details
  • Experience working in complex, high-stakes environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity, coupled with a strong bias for action
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-obsessed work environment

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $206,000 - 279,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
