Principal Product Manager, Quickbooks Homepage
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Small businesses play a crucial role in the global economy, employing 60% of the U.S. workforce and generating 80% of new jobs, with even more favorable statistics internationally. However, these businesses often face significant challenges, with one in two failing within the first five years and two out of three not surviving past the ten-year mark.
Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (QuickBooks) is dedicated to improving the success rates of small businesses worldwide. We have built a connected, end-to-end platform that small and medium-sized businesses rely on for their daily operations and growth. We offer a full suite of product solutions, from invoicing and CRM to payroll and accounting. We offer new ways for businesses to access capital, manage banking, and monitor cash flow—all in one place. Throughout this platform, we also incorporate human intelligence, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence services, empowering small and medium-sized businesses with the expertise and confidence they need to thrive.
The Team
At the core of our business platform is a set of features and capabilities aimed at enhancing how customers interact with our products and services. The QuickBooks Shared Experiences Team is dedicated to developing these platform features, which include frictionless onboarding, insightful dashboards, timely notifications, AI-powered search functions, intuitive navigation, and more. Together, these features unify all QuickBooks products and services, providing a cohesive and delightful experience for our customers while improving the discoverability and efficiency of our offerings as they use our platform to run their business.
Beyond its foundational role, this team is also driving the multi-year vision for QuickBooks. We are leading the transformation of our platform into a fully reimagined ecosystem, a vision we call the “QuickBooks Ecosystem Transformation Vision.”
The Role
At QuickBooks, we take pride in serving millions of customers from various industries, sizes, and regions. A key element of our platform experience is the Homepage Dashboard, which serves as the central hub for customer interactions with the entire QuickBooks ecosystem across a full suite of products and services. It is designed to meet the unique needs of each customer, guiding them on what actions to take, when to take them, and how to engage with our platform to effectively manage daily operations while driving profitable growth.
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager who excels at reimagining flagship platforms at scale and crafting delightful experiences that bring together many products to drive high growth. In this role, you will set the vision and strategy for QuickBooks Homepage Dashboard and its related product areas. You will oversee execution for some of the highest impact initiatives that bring our Ecosystem Transformation vision to life as a reimagined product experience. Your goal is to make the Dashboard indispensable for the growth of small and medium-sized businesses.

- Establish a cross-functional team culture that promotes continuous learning and rigor, ensuring product teams maintain momentum and progress with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
- Define high-quality success metrics for the Dashboard product and take an outcome-driven approach to improve engagement, customer benefits, retention, and revenue.
- Influence the strategies and roadmaps of adjacent product teams in areas related to the Dashboard, and indirectly drive delivery in aspects outside of your direct scope.
- Share excellence in PM craft to mentor and develop early career product managers.
