Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Small businesses play a crucial role in the global economy, employing 60% of the U.S. workforce and generating 80% of new jobs, with even more favorable statistics internationally. However, these businesses often face significant challenges, with one in two failing within the first five years and two out of three not surviving past the ten-year mark.

Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (QuickBooks) is dedicated to improving the success rates of small businesses worldwide. We have built a connected, end-to-end platform that small and medium-sized businesses rely on for their daily operations and growth. We offer a full suite of product solutions, from invoicing and CRM to payroll and accounting. We offer new ways for businesses to access capital, manage banking, and monitor cash flow—all in one place. Throughout this platform, we also incorporate human intelligence, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence services, empowering small and medium-sized businesses with the expertise and confidence they need to thrive.

The Team

At the core of our business platform is a set of features and capabilities aimed at enhancing how customers interact with our products and services. The QuickBooks Shared Experiences Team is dedicated to developing these platform features, which include frictionless onboarding, insightful dashboards, timely notifications, AI-powered search functions, intuitive navigation, and more. Together, these features unify all QuickBooks products and services, providing a cohesive and delightful experience for our customers while improving the discoverability and efficiency of our offerings as they use our platform to run their business.

Beyond its foundational role, this team is also driving the multi-year vision for QuickBooks. We are leading the transformation of our platform into a fully reimagined ecosystem, a vision we call the “QuickBooks Ecosystem Transformation Vision.”

The Role

At the heart of our platform experience lies navigation—a powerful tool that reflects our identity. Through well-designed user interface elements like navigation bars, menus, bookmarks, and breadcrumbs, we enable our customers to explore a comprehensive ecosystem of products, services, tools, and insights that are essential for business success. This design goes beyond mere functionality; it shapes perceptions and conveys our brand's values. Effective navigation clarifies the workings of QuickBooks while improving the discoverability of our offerings. It is crucial that our navigation aligns with our customers' mental models and supports our overall business strategy.

We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Manager who excels at reimagining flagship platforms at scale and crafting delightful user experiences. • Define the underlying information architecture that groups our ecosystem of products and services, including human intelligence, artificial intelligence and business intelligence, in a logic way and finding them home on the platform. This is critical to communicate what our product is.
  • Champion an AI-first and data-powered approach to personalize the navigation experience based on customer needs, intent, usage behaviors and user roles.
  • Establish a cross-functional team culture that promotes continuous learning and rigor, helping product teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset and a bias toward action.
  • Define high-quality success metrics for Navigation and take an outcome-driven approach to improve engagement, customer benefits, retention, and revenue.
