We are seeking a highly skilled, innovative, and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the QuickBooks Live AI team, focusing on Agentic AI, AI-powered Experts, and ML to drive our vision of an
AI-led “done-for-me world” for our customers.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of human-assisted software and how it augments AI, Agentic AI and driving innovation and growth for our customers.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching and scaling AI-driven products, (e.g., AI-integrations, AI-agents, ML driven personalization). In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams - product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, service experts, and senior leadership - to design, launch, and optimize industry-leading AI-driven experiences and agent - expert collaboration. You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution, defining how customers engage with Agentic AI and AI-powered technology.

market-leading customer experiences. You will be part of a dynamic, world-class team shaping the future of AI and AI - Expert collaboration, a critical component of Intuit’s next phase of growth. You will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for how customers engage with Agentic AI and leverage AI-powered technology to drive customer success and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a bold and compelling vision for QuickBooks Live's AI-powered experiences
- Customer Focus: Develop deep customer empathy through user research, customer interactions, and industry analysis Engage with experts, accountants, and stakeholders to identify key needs, pain points and jobs-to-be-done
- Innovation & Roadmap Execution: Translate insights into an impact-driven roadmap of innovative
- AI solutions Break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build strong cross-functional partnerships and work closely with other product and capabilities teams, to align product strategies with broader business objectives
- Execution Excellence: Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of AI-powered product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, implement agile methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality product releases, shipping features that delight customers and result in significant and measurable business impact
- Continuous Experimentation: Foster a culture of learning and iteration, leveraging data analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to refine product offerings
- Stakeholder Management: Align with stakeholders, including service partners and customer success teams, to drive adoption and ensure success
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in Agentic AI, AI/ML, and related technologies, sharing learnings with the team to continuously raise the bar
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in product management with a strong track record of launching and scaling
- AI-driven products (eg, AI-powered tools, AI-integrations, AI-agents)
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs, and experience translating them into vision, strategy, and product requirements
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to use structured, data-backed approach to prioritize and decision-making and build business models
- Operational Excellence: Ability to implement scalable processes, navigate high levels of ambiguity and visibility, and drive efficiency
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and inspire across all levels
- Very strong technical background: Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform development, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Bonus points if you write code for fun, enjoy playing with models and love reading research papers to stay updated
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM preferred); MBA, Master's, or PhD is a plus, equivalent experience will be considered
- Bias for Action: High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required, computer science, Engineering or STEM domain preferable, MBA or advanced degree preferred
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $226000 - $305500, Colorado $187500 - $253500, Bay Area California $226500 - 307000, Southern California $213500 - 288500, Washington $197000 - $266500, Washington D.C. $187500 - $253500, Massachusetts $197000 - $266500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
