We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for delivering business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit's business strategy.
- Execute strategic initiatives, aligning leaders and teams around shared program goals.
- Design program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage program dependencies, reporting, and senior leadership escalations and communications.
- Facilitate discussions with experts to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the team focuses on high-priority programs and delivers maximum value to customers.
- Develop standardized mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed about portfolio progress, risks, and issues.
- Foster continuous improvement across teams to drive operational excellence.
- Bring external insights and learnings to the team.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in program management, overseeing multiple complex programs successfully.
- Exceptional influencing skills, proven ability to collaborate in matrix environments, and build solid partnerships across organizations to deliver the best results in complex programs.
- Outstanding communication skills tailored for executive-level audiences, including the ability to guide and influence senior leaders effectively.
- Proven ability to rally teams around execution plans, articulate challenges and opportunities clearly, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
- Experienced in driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum environment, balancing the need for date-driven business outcomes and prioritization-based outcomes.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $183,500-248,000, Southern California $166,500-222,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
