Job Overview

Intuit is looking for a highly passionate, talented, and aspiring leader to fill a key position as a Principal, ProAdvisor Training & Certification Leader for the Intuit Global Business Group (GBSEG). The ProAdvisor team is responsible for managing the Global ProAdvisor program that serves over 800k advisors. Our team oversees the strategy and operations for the program mechanics and rewards - including ProAdvisor Academy. Through the Academy we train over 500k ProAdvisors annually and certify 100k on programs that include QuickBooks Online Certification.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 7+ years of experience in developing Training and Certification programs for partners, with a track record of influencing change within large organizations. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to synthesize and execute against complex problems and aggressive timelines. The individual will work cross-functionally globally with key markets to develop and manage new training and certification programs to accelerate the growth of both firms and individual professionals. They should be an end-to-end strategic thinker with the ability to influence others via masterful storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and operations of ProAdvisor Academy, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of training and certification programs to over 500k ProAdvisors.
  • Co-lead the development of new in-product experiences to optimize how firm leaders engage their teams through ProAdvisor training and certification
  • Develop relationships with industry bodies such as the AICPA to co-deliver training programs
  • Run the end-to-end execution of key campaigns and webinars, such as recertification, In the Know, and virtual conferences
  • Establish meaningful relationships with the broader Intuit training community to identify opportunities for cross-pollination of curriculum and platform capabilities
  • Develop analytics for the Academy to assess funnel health; report out on monthly operational metrics to key stakeholders

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: 

Bay Area California $189,500 - 256,000

 

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of rich experiences in design, development and delivery / implementation of training and certifications, and workshops/ seminars
  • Subject matter expertise in developing programs to educate and empower both accounting firms and individuals across small, medium, and large size firms
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to proactively define objectives, adapt to changing priorities, prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Business centric and analytical. Relentless in pursuing solutions to resolve root cause issues and pragmatic in prioritizing solutions.
  • Prove collaboration and relationship building experience - with experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external
  • Courageous leader who takes calculated risks and seeks challenging goals, rising above boundaries and limitations.
