Principal Technical Program Manager - Fintech Risk Technology and Operations

The Fintech Product PMO’s Mission is to accelerate the outcomes of the organization by driving for clarity among chaos and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity.
Responsibilities
Portfolio
- Strong strategic partnership with Engineering Architects and Leaders to provide technical guidance and focus across an organization
- Ability to quickly come up to speed and scale large portfolio of high priority deliverables independently
- Understand the technology landscape and connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the ‘why/what/how’
- Ability to implement durable program structure across portfolio, simplifying processes enabling the org to operate smoothly
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams’ delivery
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations
- Strong communication skills providing portfolio progress to Senior Leaders
- Risk, Cybersecurity and/or Fraud Prevention experience preferred
Program
- Flexibility to go deep when needed, applying repeatable program structure, executional rigor, and operational cadence to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams
- Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management and engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes
- Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form. Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control

- Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos
- Work well with others when conflicts arise, with ability to influence others to work towards desired outcomes
- Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10 or more years leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (Saas) development projects.
- Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria.
- Good understanding of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Kanban, Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with large horizontal programs in close partnership with architectural leaders a plus
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $225500 - 301000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
