Job Overview

GenAI and related technologies are fundamentally transforming how Intuit works. Come join the Intuit Platform and Development Xceleration Group (PDX) Program Management Office, as a Principal Technical Program Manager, to drive the transformation for how Intuit Will Work in new ways as we fully embrace GenAI. 

The PDX PMO Organization’s Mission is to accelerate the outcomes of the PDX and all of Intuit by driving clarity among different dispersed technology initiatives across Intuit and uniting cross-functional teams to operate with velocity. 

In this role you will lead program management for a x-functional Intuit-wide program on how to accelerate different functions (such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Development and others) through GenAI tools adoption, experimentation and learning, working closely with the respective business and technology teams and their senior leaders on defining the strategy and operationalizing the plan to execute it across Intuit.

Responsibilities

  • Kickstart x-Intuit program covering multiple organizarions, senior leaders and teams, align all of the bteam to the ultimate outcomes and operationalize the execution of the strategy
  • Create program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes
  • Manage program reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications
  • Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence
  • Drive/ challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes
  • Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy
  • Bring outside-in learnings to the team
  • Establish strong partnership with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, P&P, Corporate Strategy & Development, etc. Ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers
  • Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: 

Bay Area California $230,000 - $311,000

Southern California $214,000 - $289,500 

 

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10+ years leading multiple complex software development projects.
  • Proven experience driving a transformational change across multiple organizations
  • Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences 
  • Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
  • Accelerate the program outcomes by re-imagining Agile/Scrum processes, and balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes
