Job Overview
Come join Intuit’s Fintech Technical Program Management Office as a Principal Strategy and Operations focused on crafting technology ecosystem-level narratives and strategies. As a Principal of Strategy and Business Operations, you will work alongside senior leaders to construct and deliver C-level and board content. You will also have an opportunity to work across the broader Technology, Product, and Finance to help deliver Fintech’s strategic goals. This position requires strong strategic problem solving and communication skills, the ability to influence and develop productive partnerships at all levels of the organization, and a strong understanding of Intuit’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate development of executive-level presentations and content to be used by the SVP in CTO and CEO Staff meetings, board meetings, and other forums, while partnering with the SVP and VP level executives
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g. Technology, Product, Finance) to outline data-driven strategic decisions and frame actionable recommendations
- Lead strategy projects / work streams and new initiatives end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization
- Develop narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across Fintech and their connection to strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Intuit and Fintech leadership team to ensure that we are thinking holistically across multiple business segments and functions in the context of driving growth
Qualifications
- Strong technical background with a BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organization
- Strategic mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and data-backed approaches to resolve, combining creativity with a keen business sense
- Strategy and operations experience at a high growth startup, management consulting experience or strategic/analytical roles at large companies is desired
- Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities; feel very comfortable leading and facilitating executive reviews
- Experienced change agent who is able to influence and build trust across a highly cross-functional organization (peers, executives, and working teams) to accelerate outcomes
- Ownership mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions, drive projects to completion, and sweat the details to deliver the outcome
- Ability to generate innovative insights, ideas, and opportunities that help advance the business
- Experience in platform organization is a plus
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $225500-301000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
