Job Overview
This position in GBSG Marketing Operations team will help support marketing programs across the Small Business & Self-Employed Group. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage product pricing & promotion availability across multiple products, segments and regions. In addition, this role will help to execute ad-hoc data pulls (SQL), document + refine existing processes, and manage various day to day operational tasks. Most tasks will require extreme attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately identify, diagnose and resolve issues reported by various teams/systems. The primary tools you will use are both internally developed and used widely by industry leaders.
Responsibilities
This role requires excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience working with large cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates should feel comfortable working with members in marketing, sales, engineering, analytics and other business stakeholders to ensure holistic solutions are explored without negative up/downstream impacts. Candidates should be comfortable working on complex marketing programs and data situations while applying general learnings to many different scenarios. You have a natural love of data and can effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders in varying business units and be able to define potential solutions.
Once established in your role, you can effectively define your workflows and create repeatable, documented processes. You are able to have multiple things on your plate and can still maintain a high level of accuracy. You are a proactive question asker - if something doesn't make sense or seem right or if directions are unclear. You are a dynamic thinker that can quickly pivot strategies when situations call for them.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an operational or data driven role, with demonstrated willingness to learn or expand as the role requires.
- Advanced knowledge in working with large data sets in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, etc.)
- Intermediate experience using SQL for self-service/ad-hoc reporting (data visualization experience is a plus).
- General understanding of enterprise-level billing systems is a plus
- Experience working with teams spanning multiple time-zones and flexible working hours.
- Very detail and process oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
- A natural love for data, and a curiosity about digging in to find answers.
- Can articulate the complexities with consistency to different audiences which have different levels of program knowledge.
- Partner with teams to understand possible gap areas and suggest solutions or process improvements.
- Can undertake multiple responsibilities and prioritize time accordingly.
- Able to document issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps for reference in future similar scenarios.
- Ability to work independently is a MUST. Equally important to be comfortable reaching out with questions and concerns.
- Strong oral, written skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
- Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, Smartsheet, QuickBase, Tableau is a preferred.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $120000-162500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
