As the Group Marketing Manager, GenAI Enablement, you will be at the forefront of Intuit’s go to market (GTM) transformation, spearheading the integration of GenAI capabilities to revolutionize our marketing & communications (M&C) workflows. Managing a small team, you will collaborate closely with Intuit’s marketers, communicators, tech team and various internal and external partners to drive adoption of GenAI among marketers & communicators. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation, enhancing marketing efficiency, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. This role is central to our team’s vision of empowering every marketer and communicator with AI as a superpower.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Influence: Partner with the GTM Tech team, GTM subject matter experts, and senior leadership to define and influence the GenAI roadmap for integrating GenAI in internal M&C workflows. Prioritize use cases that align with strategic business goals, deliver measurable customer value, and drive significant organizational impact.
- Learning Experience Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive learning experiences, including workshops, training modules, and hands-on sessions. Measure success through team adoption rates, user feedback, and business performance improvements, ensuring sustained active use of GenAI capabilities.
- Change Management Leadership: Develop and execute a robust change management strategy to embed GenAI capabilities into M&C workflows. This includes stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and continuous support to ensure sustainable impact and smooth transitions in workflows.
- Experimentation and Insight Gathering: Define hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct tests in collaboration with analytics and product teams. Gather actionable insights to prioritize high-value initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- External Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with external GenAI tool vendors, external subject matter experts, and learning experience providers. Bring cutting-edge perspectives and innovations into the organization and develop tailored learning materials to drive effective adoption of GenAI capabilities.
- Performance and Adoption Metrics: Drive 100% adoption of GenAI tools among M&C employees by setting clear usage targets, monitoring adoption rates, and providing ongoing support. Integrate GenAI into prioritized workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, regularly reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal subject matter experts, advisory groups, and the legal team to ensure comprehensive integration and compliance with all regulations. Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align on goals and track progress.
Qualifications
- AI/GenAI Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AI tools and technologies, with a proactive approach to learning and integrating GenAI advancements. Demonstrated passion and understanding of AI/GenAI integration in GTM workflows.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in marketing, AI technologies, and team leadership, preferably within highly matrixed tech organizations or SaaS companies.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, with experience in executing comprehensive marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and leading diverse teams, with success in mentoring and developing team members.
- Strategic Execution: Demonstrates customer obsession, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt swiftly to business demands, driving impactful results. Demonstrates experience driving 0 to 1 efforts.
- Change Management and Communication: Ability to lead successful change management initiatives, developing and implementing communication plans and training programs. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to executives and key stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of using data to drive strategic marketing decisions.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $201,000 - 271,500, Southern California $191,000 - 258,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
