At Intuit, the Mid-Market team is on a mission to help ensure customers can grow with us as their business grows. We will disrupt the small business mid-market (Big Bet 5), by transforming QuickBooks from a self-serve, DIY accounting tool for small businesses, to a sales-led, done-for-you suite of tools to power growing businesses. Delivering a sophisticated product that customers love is critical to our success. 

As a Senior Product Designer on Intuit Enterprise Suite, you will lead our strategy, and execution of our mobile companion app. The mobile app will give business leaders like the CEO and CFO constant understanding of what's happening in their business and what actions to take to increase revenue and profitability wherever they are at.

As a Senior Product Designer within our Intuit Enterprise Suite, you'll be a key player in shaping this future. You'll take the lead on the strategy and execution of our mobile companion app – a crucial tool that will empower CEOs and CFOs with a constant pulse on their business. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.

The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area: $149,000 - $201,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Responsibilities

  • Apply your strategic mind to design innovative, end-to-end user experiences that beautifully balance user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities across both web and mobile.
  • Craft intuitive user interface designs, robust architectures, and seamless functionalities, always adhering to usability best practices, design standards, and, most importantly, insights from user testing.
  • Generate the best creative and innovative solutions, delivering them with excellence within project timelines and scope.
  • Take ownership of the entire design journey, from initial concept to successful implementation and user adoption.
  • Be a valuable contributor to the positive culture and high-quality standards of our creative team.
  • Present your conceptual vision with clarity and enthusiasm, using storytelling to inspire your colleagues.
  • Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with your project partners across design, product management, engineering, marketing, data science, and research, influencing the product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or another relevant area of study.
  • A strong foundation in design principles and methodologies.
  • A curious spirit and a dedication to testing new ideas and driving impactful business outcomes through innovation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to articulate ideas and concepts through compelling storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • A stunning online portfolio that showcases your design skills and collaborative process.
