Senior Product Manager
Company Overview
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Our mission is to ensure the experience of paying and being paid is as seamless, personal, and ubiquitous as possible. As a Senior Product Manager on the Intuit Embedded Fintech team, you'll be responsible for helping shape this experience, thus impacting the business growth and engagement.
Intuit’s Embedded Fintech platform orchestrates the movement of money between all users on our products (consumers, small businesses, vendors, contractors, etc.), processing payments or invoices at the scale of 10s of millions per day. In this role, you will be responsible for critical Smart Product initiatives to reimagine how we serve our consumer and small medium business customers, applying AI, generative AI, and agentic AI techniques. You will drive the AI-native innovation, leveraging data from within and outside of Intuit to supercharge the prosperity of our customers. This is a high-impact, high visibility role that will directly influence Intuit’s evolution. You will be excellent at navigating ambiguity, think at a transformative scale, and propel Intuit towards a new frontier.
Responsibilities
- Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understanding business goals, doing competitive analysis and defining product roadmaps and KPIs.
- Define and build a vision for the next generation of money product experiences for Intuit’s varied group of customers. This includes drafting documents that work backwards from our customers (PR-FAQ style) to describe key objectives, execution strategies, goals, and solutions.
- As a platform PM, you are a builder who enjoys being in the weeds with the engineering teams and obsesses about customer needs, partner needs, and developer needs. You are not just focused on the why, but also how a product is built to deliver varied experiences at scale.
- You have technical proficiency and you enjoy working on problems around scale, maintainability, and architectural design for product lines, building moving, simple APIs, and can clearly communicate what the service does in a way that lets users integrate with it easily.
- Build functionality that spans multiple product lines while thinking of global solutions. The role demands both, seeing the big picture and identifying strategically meaningful problems, as well as the ability to investigate opportunities for significant product changes that are a business enabler and engagement driver.
- Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for the user experience with deep customer empathy.
- Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across different groups at Intuit toward consistent product delivery aligned with common goals.
Qualifications
- 6+ years defining, designing, and delivering world-class software products (Payments or Fintech preferred) in a Product Management role for a SaaS based software company.
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web, or mobile software product offerings.
- Deep understanding of ML/LLM Ops principles, and the AI development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle including 0 to 1 for consumer or enterprise offerings.
- Strong project management skills and capable for breaking down a big vision into actionable bite-size milestones.
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
- Successful history of delivering customer -driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
- Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Math, science, or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
- MBA or CPA qualification is a plus.
