The Sr. Builder Culture Program Manager has a pivotal role in supporting the building, launching, and nurturing of Builder Culture initiatives. You will be a central figure in engaging our 'Builders' – engineers who embody product engineering mindsets, inter-domain expertise, and AI proficiency. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring you to develop and run community and learning initiatives, design and facilitate engaging curriculum and onboarding experiences, and manage the day-to-day operations to foster growth. You will work with executive sponsors, workstream leads (Hiring, Change Management, Comms, Branding, Org and Talent, Innovation Catalyst Community, Training & Development), and the broader tech organization to ensure the Builder community thrives, accelerates Intuit's transformation, and becomes a beacon of our AI-driven expert platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Technical Learning and Builder Culture: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Builder Culture learning initiatives, from needs assessment to execution, directly supporting the growth of our Builder capabilities and culture.
  • Champion Innovation and Agility: Instill a mindset of customer-driven innovation, rapid experimentation, and continuous iteration within the Builder community and through learning programs.
  • Strategic Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate with and influence diverse partners (vendors, global business leaders, SMEs, LandD) to align learning opportunities with Intuit’s technology strategy and foster a cohesive approach to skill development.
  • Optimize Learning Experiences: Continuously assess and refine training materials and delivery approaches to enhance learner engagement, speed to proficiency, and overall impact.
  • Empower Through Enablement: Facilitate and coach learning sessions, and equip other leaders and SMEs to effectively deliver training, scaling our ability to upskill the organization.
  • Develop Scalable Programs and Long-Term Vision: Create robust processes and materials for global program rollouts, and document strategic one- to three-year operating plans with compelling business cases to guide prioritization and investment.
  • Foster a Thriving Engineering Ecosystem: Develop and run impactful events (onboarding, hackathons, project demos) that celebrate engineering achievements, boost morale, and enhance collaboration and innovation across Intuit.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

 

Bay Area California $126,000 - $170,000

Southern California $115,500.00 - $156,000

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, experience in Instructional Design/Curriculum Development is preferred.
  • Strong project/program management experience (i.e., planning, attention to detail, organizational skills, vendor management, and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks) exhibiting solid end-to-end thinking, tracking programs, and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Strong experience using design thinking principles to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to influence/Impact people at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong assessment, prioritizing and contracting skills - key stakeholder analysis and ability to set and manage expectations.
  • Methods for the evaluation of program effectiveness, understanding analytics to assess and evaluate key performance indicators.
  • Advanced facilitation skills, including skills to open, narrow, and close large group discussions, and manage dialogue between senior leaders and participants.
  • An understanding of design thinking and the ability to teach others via live/virtual classes/learning environments.
  • Experience in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting in real time to changes in content and/or process.
  • Ability to think strategically in a complex environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work with/manage remote contractor(s).
  • Curriculum/eLearning development - Change Management expertise.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Direct experience fostering technical communities focused on skills like Design, Entrepreneurship, AI/ML, full-stack development, or driving cultural transformations.
  • Technical background/experience in software development.
  • Familiarity with Intuit's products, platform capabilities, and technology strategy.
  • Experience using design thinking principles to understand customer needs and measure results.
