The QuickBooks Web team is focused on converting top of funnel traffic into engaged prospects and paying customers by creating seamless, personalized, and frictionless experiences. This team is responsible for reimagining the customer journey funnel to improve discoverability, engagement, and purchase completion for millions of small businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager – Growth to lead demand generation funnel optimization. This role will focus on designing mobile first, AI-powered experiences that reduce friction and increase engagement/conversion

  • Drive Channel level Customer Growth Strategy: Define and execute a customer growth strategy that nurtures low-intent visitors from initial exploration to purchase
  • Lead mobile web funnel reimagination, optimizing experiences to cater to exploratory mindset visitors. Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data science to enhance the conversion funnel with AI-driven personalization and predictive engagement models
  • Reimagine the Funnel: Redesign the mobile web pages for low-/medium-intent prospects,. Rethink the engagement and initial nurturing flow
  • Build Data-Driven, Experimentation-Led Growth Framework: Establish a high-velocity experimentation culture, running A/B tests to optimize the mobile web demand generation funnel
  • Utilize AI-driven segmentation to probabilistically personalize visitor journeys based on behavioral signals
  • Define and track North Star and operational KPIs, such as conversion rates, engagement uplift and funnel drop-offs
  • Collaborate and Influence Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, growth marketing, and analytics to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a thought leader in growth and demand generation journey optimization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in growth or funnel optimization in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving conversion and engagement improvements
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML-driven personalization, web commerce, and mobile-first UI patterns
  • Data-driven decision maker who leverages A/B testing, behavioral insights, and ML models to optimize funnel performance
  • Hands-on experience with growth experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, quickly iterating on hypotheses, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $188,500 - $255,000, Bay Area California $191,500-259,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
