Job Overview
Come join the Fintech Technical Strategy and Planning team as a Senior Staff Technical
Program Manager. This role includes working with and supporting the management and
leadership teams across Partner organizations and will need strategic thinking and
exceptional technical acumen and data analytics skills. The successful candidate will
demonstrate excellent leadership and business acumen, ability to pay attention to details, can
drive process improvements, strong collaborator / team player and comfortably operate in a
fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Track Strategic Org KPIs that will showcase organization health data, such as engineering excellence, people and program metrics, consolidated into a single, automated source of truth to measure organizational success and drive alignment between the product, technology, and business functions
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve organizational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and adaptability in delivering key programs and initiatives
- Increase data maturity capability across the organization by building durable and scalable dashboard solutions to ensure data driven, quick decisions can happen at all levels of the organization. Support building clean data pipelines and one source of truth solutions
- Scale and operationalize Strategic Initiatives: Translate high-level strategic objectives and develop the tools needed to visualize data and pull the most important business insights so that stakeholders can make data-backed decisions quickly
- Lead and roll-out org-wide processes and tools to increase operational efficiencies with finesse by understanding the customer problem and providing solutions that address the root cause
- Communicate business insights and recommendations based on data and understanding of Intuit and Fintech strategy
- Identify better ways of working and lead rolling out engineering standardization best practices in partnership with PD leaders
Qualifications
- Experience in driving operational efficiency and GenAI programs in an engineering organization with strong business analytics and data visualization skills
- Background in computer science or CS degree a plus
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity; adapt to and manage change quickly
- Thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation
- Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization
- Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills to execute and
- deliver business and technical outcomes successfully
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator - regardless of organizational structure or hierarchy
- Ability to handle a rapidly changing environment
- Professional, team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Business analytics and data visualization experience a plus
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $187500-254000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
