As the Senior University Recruiter for the US you'll own all parts of the university recruiting life cycle, including participating in running on-campus and virtual events, driving a robust candidate pool, building the Intuit brand, and overseeing all candidate engagement. You will partner with all business units across the Tech ecosystem to help drive their intern, co-op and new grad hiring goals and initiatives. You will be the face of the UR in the US and part of the larger University Recruitment Team and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager for UR. You will provide full lifecycle execution of campus recruitment activities for multiple undergraduate and/or graduate programs to effectively build a talent pipeline that meets the needs of workforce plans, managing on-campus and final interview schedules, as well as consulting on final selection of candidates and extending offers. You will assist hiring managers throughout the employment process and provide feedback/measurement reporting to hiring managers. You should be passionate about university recruiting and have a strong ability to multi-task all while supporting the overall university Recruitment strategy for the organization.

Responsibilities

Drive the end to end university recruiting lifecycle for our Tech Ecosystem across the US, partnering with both internal and external partners

 

  • Develop detailed recruiting plans for intern, co-op and full time hires through clearly defined objectives, outcomes, and sourcing strategies and then execute on those plans
  • Manage the end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, assessment and offering for our growing Summer intern program
  • Collaborate with key partners and early talent-hiring managers to develop and drive recruiting strategies and results
  • Employ data analytics to improve processes, identify bottlenecks, measure candidate funnel and conversion rate at scale, and predict future performance
  • Leverages internet recruiting resources and internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify, recruit and network for candidates.
  • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
  • Uses the full functionality of iCIMS (ATS) to manage the selection, offer, negotiation and closing involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Strengthen relationships and support branding events at targeted schools, organizations, and conferences
  • Work with hiring managers, local HR staff, appropriate senior management and University Programs team to identify and prioritize staffing needs, workforce planning strategies and search assignments.
  • Up to 30% travel (peak travel period September - November)
  • Collaborate and partner across, Professional Recruitment team, UR Non-Tech team & University Programs
  • Create best in class experiences that delight candidates and managers while being a multiplier for your team through sharing best practices

 

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

 

  • Bay Area California: $122,500 - 166,000

 

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location

Qualifications

  • Experience and proven success in full cycle recruitment in the technical space (Software Engineer, AI Scientists, Data Science, CyberSecurity) with a focus on early career/university talent
  • A senior level of knowledge in full lifecycle campus recruiting components including successfully sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management with business partners across the Tech Ecosystem
  • Prior experience in a high-volume setting that requires a sense of immediacy, with demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, maintain adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with hiring managers, applicants and candidates
  • Comfortable acting as the face of Intuit, showcasing our values and opportunities to external candidates as well as internal contacts and internal business partners
  • Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and be inspired to contribute to all aspects of the student experience
  • Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership
  • Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
  • Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
  • Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
  • Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
  • Prior experience with ATS systems
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
