We have an exciting opportunity that is dening how we use analytics to transform customer experiences, accelerate business growth and optimize our growth efforts. We are looking for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills; someone who is an independent self-starter with experience in product conversion, engagement, and retention, and who possesses a passion for delivering data-driven insights to join Intuit’s Sales motion analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and thought partnership to Business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data for critical business needs and goals.
• Effective storytelling with data, to educate and instill condence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
• Manage the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis setting, data cleansing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning
• Design and implement the approach needed to methodically and iteratively structure, extract, analyze, validate, and communicate data-backed insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build analytics and reporting tools that are instrumental to automated self-serve
• Use expertise and independent judgment in collaborating with peers, data engineers, database managers, and business analysts
• Maintain a culture of high-quality output and growth mindset.
• Respond effectively to unexpected pivots in plan and prioritize for best outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics
• Highly procient in SQL, Experimentation design and principles (A/B testing etc.) , Tableau, and Excel, Sales force. Familiarity with Product Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.) prefered
• Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R); experience in developing and deploying machine learning models preferred.
• Experience in driving end to end measurement frameworks
• Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill condence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
• Ability to inuence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
• Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
• Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues
• Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that solve for our customers, rather than reacting to circumstances
• Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related eld. Master’s Degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
