Come join us as part of the Intuit Business Operations Team. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovating and for revolutionizing the way Intuit does business.
We are a small, focused team with a learning and experimentation mindset working to make Intuit the best-run platform company in the world. The improvements we drive as a team touch every aspect of Intuit’s structure, processes and business model and will fuel investment in Intuit’s growth priorities.
Responsibilities
- Shape and manage the company’s operating rhythm
- Partner with Intuit’s most senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems
- Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously
- Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across the company
- Developing and launching a company-wide goal-setting framework that creates alignment, transparency and accountability on the most important work
- Partnering with our CTO and Chief Customer Success Officer to understand and implement customer experience measurement best practices across the company
- Reimagining and executing the 3&1-year planning process across financial planning, defining annual goals and tech resource planning Specific responsibilities include:
- Drive Intuit’s operating rhythm with a focus on the operating mechanisms (meetings/reviews) where the progress of goals and outcomes are reviewed
- Manage and improve the company-level goal process and thought partner across the business to define high-quality goals and ensure regular updates
- Build and maintain the infrastructure that supports annual goal planning as part of 3&1-year planning and in-year goal planning and execution
Qualifications
- Strong academic record required. MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred.
- 2-6 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
- Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
- Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
- Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong process and project management skills
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $160,000 - 216,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
