Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our Go To Market (GTM) technology within Intuit, crafting compelling narratives, driving awareness, and ensuring successful adoption of the capabilities built by this team within Intuit. You will play a vital role in positioning our platforms for success, collaborating closely with Business users, Product, Engineering, and Learning & Development teams.
Responsibilities
- Messaging and Positioning: Develop and champion clear, concise, and audience-specific messaging that resonates with internal stakeholders (executives, product managers, engineering teams, marketers, sales teams) and external audiences.
- Launch Planning: Collaborate on the planning and execution of launches for new GTM Tech capabilities, owning the marketing strategy and ensuring successful adoption and impactful results.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape for GTM technologies, analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and informing platform
- Strategic Communication: Drive the creation and standardization of high-impact communications, including newsletters, webinars, and case studies.
- Executive Storytelling: Craft the narratives for key strategic initiatives for executive presentations in partnership with product teams.
- Event Management: Lead the strategy and execution for the annual GTM Tech summit, and other internal events for specific platforms.
- Build Internal and External Awareness: Leverage various channels (roadshows, presentations, demos, documentation, social media) to showcase the value and impact of GTM Tech solutions.
- Data-Driven Approach: Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM Tech initiatives and continually optimize for
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical communications, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of GTM technologies and strategies, with an ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Exceptional storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in tailoring messaging to different audiences.
- Experience in rolling out new capabilities within a large organization and leading change management efforts across a broad range of stakeholders and users.
- Experience developing go-to-market plans and launching new products or
- Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A self-starter with a passion for technology and a desire to make a tangible
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $151000-204500, Southern California $144500-195000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
