Staff Product Manager, AI and Automation for Workforce Tech

Job Overview
The Tech for Intuit organization at Intuit is looking for a dynamic Product Manager who is user-centric and can transform the technology that powers our hybrid workforce.

You bring that ethos to work every single day, where you partner with design, analytics, and engineering team members to create and deliver integrated, innovative end-to-end employee experiences.
As a Product Manager and Product Owner in the Tech 4 Intuit Product Organization, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap and execution of reimagining employee experiences by leveraging AI, automation, low-code no code and RPA technologies to drive automation and accelerate workforce velocity. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering teams, our platform groups, and external partners to develop and implement a comprehensive build vs. buy technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product visionary and product owner to drive the evolution of the digital and hybrid workplace portfolio - specifically AI and automation tools, low-code no-code tools and RPA technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders, user groups/user personas across Intuit to continue to understand pain points to build and maintain capability vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver product requirements with prioritized features and establish the operational rigor for operating and improving the capabilities you own
- Serve as the product evangelist, advocating for the customer every step of the way - and evangelizing how technology can enable the customer outcomes.
- Define customer benefits and clarify user priorities to drive decision making
- Work with the architecture, engineering and design teams to prioritize short-term and long-term goals
- Manage several large IT vendors - influencing roadmaps, building partnerships and ensuring (i.e. Zoom, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Swoogo, Poly, etc).
- Serve as the subject matter expert in the given workforce technology capabilities - with knowledge about industry benchmark, and the capability market landscape
- Monitor and measure product/capability performance - analyze capability NPS, product usage, conduct FMHs and operations data.
- Monitor overall app utilization across Intuit, discover new trends and apps and analyze usage patterns.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience in a tech/software product with AI as a focus.
- Preferably experienced in recent times with experimenting and delivering AI powered experiences.
- Experience delivering a transformational employee experience for an organization - taking them through an experience change journey
- Experience leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of enterprise software products, transforming your expertise in enterprise software products
- Organized, operational thinker who has a track record of managing complex products and/or programs
- Experience working and collaborating across customers, engineering managers, UI engineers, and other technical partners to design products
- Analytical and data driven mindset - can use data to define metrics for initiatives, to measure current state and to track attainment of stated metrics
- Innate curiosity and willingness to dive deep into a complicated platform product, and the influencing skills to navigate solutions and bring together disparate points of view
- Strong business and technical business background, with academic concentration in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical disciplines preferred
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $172500 - $233000, Colorado $151500 - $204500, Bay Area California $177000-239500, Southern California $161500-218500, Washington $159000 - $215000, Washington D.C. $151500 - $204500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
