Staff Product Manager - Monetization & Pricing Strategy

Job Overview
Come join the Monetization Services & Experiences – Offering & Product Management team as a Staff Product Manager. We build the monetization engine that brings in Intuit’s revenue, everything from product catalog, commerce, entitlement, billing, payment to revenue recognition. All of these require definition to make data driven decisions and provide our customers the best offering available. We exist to accelerate Go-to-market with product, pricing and promotion using rules, enable experimentation to learn and iterate, providing world class experiences for our end users.
In this role, you will bring new business innovation to live, fine tune to optimize conversion through experimentation, and apply data best practices preferably with AI/ML. You will learn about different aspects of Intuit’s product, such as TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mint, and more. You will lead the delivery of innovations and experiences by working closely with designers, architects, engineers, marketing, finance, and cross functional with teams. Responsibilities
- Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products
- Identify opportunities through customer research and insights
- Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations
- Lead, create and launch product strategy in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and support
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements and experiences gathering through production and release
- Turn global customer and market insights into actionable business and product requirements
- Build products that deliver great customer experiences
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $177,000 - 239,500
Southern California $161,500-218,500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
- 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
- Employ analytical and platform thinking to inform and communicate data-drive product strategies
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget web or mobile software product offerings.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously
- Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
- Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science, or a related technical discipline preferred; advanced degree is a plus; equivalent professional experience will be considered
