Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

People who work for themselves fuel our global economy. In the US, small businesses employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs; internationally the stats are even larger. But the odds are stacked against them. One of two fails in the first five years, two of three before they can turn ten.

Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group is devoted to the mission of helping small businesses around the world prosper. Our top priority to do this is to connect people to the expertise they need to run their business, from mileage tracking to invoicing, from payroll to accounting, and creating new ways to access capital. By coupling our world-class software with the help of experts, their odds of survival go up 2x, they hire 3x more employees, and their profitability increases significantly.

QuickBooks Live, a growth stage startup within Intuit, has become an industry-leading bookkeeping and Tax service that pairs a qualified expert with small businesses who choose QuickBooks. The Quickbooks Live team is transforming the expert service industry serving small businesses, with an ambition to build the world’s most trusted AI powered Expert platform.

We’re early in the journey of expanding the QuickBooks Live portfolio of services to connect small businesses with expertise across bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services, quickly iterating to optimize product-market fit, building a foundation to scale to additional services, and expanding to serve small businesses around the world. Within the portfolio, the Full Service Bookkeeping caters to customers looking to offload their bookkeeping to a trusted expert who will work on keeping their books up to date and provide monthly financial summaries.
