Job Overview

Come join the Platform Acceleration group as a Senior Product Manager, where you will foster an environment of technology innovation and customer obsession. In this role, you will be a part of a team of technically minded Product Managers, co-creating to build technologies that enable Intuit strategic ability management with City Map, Intuit’s end-to-end planning process connecting strategy to execution with City Plan, and Intuit’s enterprise architecture asset management hub for decisions, best practices, and patterns.

You’ll be a part of the Intuit Enterprise Architecture PM team, which delivers core common capabilities for all Intuit customers, and plays a key role in driving customer benefit, growth, and long-term differentiation for the company. In joining the Intuit Platform team, you will lead the product strategy for information gathering and exchange for Intuit and partner closely with product managers, architects, and designers across Intuit businesses to enable awesome platform capabilities within the Enterprise Architecture and its products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive a bold vision for collaboration experiences with customers with a platform mindset
  • Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices
  • Translate vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to objectives
  • Understand how to deliver platform capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes
  • Build strong working relationships with senior end executive leaders across Intuit teams to collaborate and co-create roadmaps
  • Consistently work to optimize the broader organization operating model (process, people, structure, partnerships) and drive change to improve
  • Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor
  • Have experience in leveraging AI to enable personalized experiences which are contextually relevant
  • Collaborate well with product management and design leaders in creating a vision and deliverables for Intuit ecosystem experience

Qualifications

  • 5 Years of technical product management experience (platforms, shared services, developer services, etc.) with passion to accelerate ideas to outcomes
  • 8 to 10 years of software development with design and architecture experience prior to product management
  • Ability to work independently as a PM, manage stakeholders, and create a high-level, one-year roadmap to achieve goals
  • Capability to write product guides/simple documentation for users, demo products, and create detailed user stories/Jira tickets with UX wireframes
  • Is data-driven with a proven track record identifying product experience success measures while working with analytics teams/tools to track KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written and a track record of gaining the confidence executive management
  • An exceptional drive - applying the nuances of influencing based on the situation, knowing when to push and when to ease, driving through designs, ideas, and roadmaps
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • A demonstrated passion for delivering superb customer experiences
  • Learning mindset, bias towards action, curious, bold, self-aware humble
  • Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience will be considered

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $167,500 - $226,500, Colorado $144,500 - $195,500, Bay Area California $167,500 - 226,500, Southern California $157,500 - 213,500, Washington $151,500 - $205,500, Washington D.C. $151,500 - $204,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
