Job Overview

Full Service is the premium service offering within TurboTax. It is a transformative experience that reimagines how an expert prepares and files taxes for a customer virtually, and gets their taxes done with complete confidence and max refund guaranteed. Customer loves this offering - we are making a significant investment to grow it quickly and disrupt the market.

Your Role

As a senior product manager for a 2-sided service offering, you need to gain comprehensive understanding of how people, processes and technology interact and connect with one another. You will lead a cross functional team to identify customer needs and pain points, create the transformative service experience and translate them into actionable development plans - create concepts, prototype solutions, measure, iterate and manage end of end feature roll out and analysis, efficiently scale with speed and high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Translates vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with objectives.
  • Understands how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
  • Create learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive your KPIs and success metrics.
  • Identifies new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends and best practices.
  • Builds strong working relationships with senior end executive leaders across Intuit teams to collaborate and co-create roadmaps.
  • Creates and maintains momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results that impact critical business 2-sided network experience is a plus.
  • Technical Product Management DNA, engineering, and system analyst background is a plus. AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus.
  • Strong partnership and influence skill driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Insanely curious, with a strong attention to Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $177,000 - 239,500, Southern California $161,500 - 218,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
