Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for specific initiatives within the QuickBooks Online Payroll domain. Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Lead the initiative to enhance our Workforce Solutions offering for the new Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).
- Contribute to the long-term vision of transforming WFS into a comprehensive HCM offering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI use cases and explore new AI-powered features to enhance our products and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Support Intuit's strategic goal of penetrating the mid-market segment. Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and support
- Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, payroll products, or HCM solutions is a plus but not preferred
- BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $167,500 - $226,500, Colorado $144,500 - $195,500, Bay Area California $167,500 - 226,500, Southern California $157,500 - 213,500, Washington $151,500 - $205,500, Washington D.C. $151,500 - $204,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
