Come join the Intuit Business Suite foundations engineering team as a Software Engineer. As part of the team you will design and build AI first SaaS applications utilizing microservices, MCPs and tools to accelerate the platform that seemlessly integrates with large AI platforms


Responsibilities

  • Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project & test planning

  • Contribute to the design/architecture of the project and develop web, mobile and backend software

  • Implementing best practices for architecture, design, coding standards & CI/CD

  • Roughly 80-90% hands-on coding

  • Work cross functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, design, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results

  • Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies


Qualifications

  • BS/MS in computer science. MS preferred

  • 1+ years of hands-on full-stack experience developing systems/software for large consumer applications

  • Strong CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms and distributed systems

  • Strong OOD and SOA principles

  • Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience with MCPs, LLM training tools for AI platforms like OpenAI, Google gemini

  • Experience in Java, SQL, GraphQL, React, Apollo, Javascript, HTML and CSS
