Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions that address critical customer issues and ensure that they are secure, scalable, easy to maintain, and interact with various other services.
- Contribute to overall site stability, including code reviews, writing unit and integration tests
- Deliver high quality AI native application, multi-modal applications and their backends. Primarily and Rapidly V1 products that can be tested with customers.
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-based solutions
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in delivering enterprise-class applications.4+ years’ experience in developing software for large business environments (preferably in Java/J2EE, Python, Go).
- Basic understanding of AI capabilities, specifically GenAI
- Ability to work collaboratively across analytics, engineering, product, design, and AI
- Nice to have: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in building applications with GenAI and LLM’s.
- Ability to work collaboratively with AI experts and integrate AI into existing systems as needed, with guidance.
- Conversant with AI Native principles and able to apply them to software development
- Full-stack development experience with AI technologies and tools; applying it to user experiences or backend.
- Experience with microservices, container technologies, and container management systems such as Kubernetes or Mesos.
- Experience in utility computing and cloud computing domains.
- Capability to build and deploy applications and services in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $137,500 - $186,500, Bay Area California $137,500-186,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
