Job Overview
Come join our Trust and Safety organization as a Staff Product Manager and help us ensure that our customers can trust our products, including Quickbooks, TurboTax, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma. We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating a secure environment for our customers and who can develop innovative solutions for the unique challenges we face.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will be working across our entire product ecosystem, with a focus on creating safer and more secure experiences for our customers. You'll need to be a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation, and you'll have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on our ability to help people be more prosperous and nancially free in a safe and trustworthy manner.
Responsibilities
As a Staff Product Manager for Trust and Safety, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing a vision for our customer account security platform team. Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unied outcome.
- Developing and optimizing our methodology for creating safer and more secure products, including impacting relevant parts of our entire trust and safety product roadmap. You’ll be in charge of generating PRDs, and engaging our internal customers as part of the planning cycle.
- Create relationships and collaborate with stakeholders in the organization which may include peer product development teams , data engineering teams, policy and investigation teams ,data science teams and strategic partners across business units to align and ensure smooth execution of your relevant parts in the trust and safety roadmap .
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to dene scope, review technical capabilities, prioritize projects for release, and dene new opportunities.
- Analyzing data to identify key leverage points for improving our Trust and Safety checkpoints and mitigating high-risk activities.
- Designing experiments and establishing success metrics to get rapid learning with the aim of creating solutions that solve sensitive Trust and Safety problems.
- Presenting regularly to the core leadership team on project deliverables, roadmap status, and challenges in meeting our Trust and Safety goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a product manager, preferably with experience in the Trust and Safety or Identity / fraud / risk / security industries.
- Knowledge of common fraud vectors such as Synthetic Identity Fraud, Account Opening Fraud, etc.
- A strong leader that can lead horizontally with grace and good communications skills.
- Passionate about solving customer problems, with deep domain expertise in complex business areas that establish customer empathy and trust while minimizing friction for good customers.
- Exceptional drive with a learning mindset, curious, bold, self-aware, and humble.
- Hold strong analytical skills, passionate about analytics and metrics and able to develop their points of view using a data-backed approach.
- Have a passion for seeking a deep understanding of customer Trust and Safety needs, turning insights into a compelling vision that drives Safe and Trustworthy product solutions.
- Understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and vendors.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $172500 - $233000, Colorado $151500 - $204500, Bay Area California $177000 - 239500, Southern California $161500 - 218500, Washington $159000 - $215000, Washington D.C. $151500 - $204500, Massachusetts $159000 - $215000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
