Job Overview

Come join the Small Business Group as a QA Analyst for our Risk Operations Organization.

If you’re a highly motivated and experienced Quality Analyst with a track record of driving continuous process improvement and a strong understanding of money movement processes, we need you to lead through a positive mindset and accuracy to ensure delightful customer experience and continued feedback for internal analysts. This team is responsible for accurate and timely processing of Payments/Payroll/Capital processes and effectively supporting a critical function for our Risk Ops Organization.

This is an exciting - and challenging - position that requires an operational mindset and experience working across multiple areas of an organization to while delivering outstanding results. It also requires a deep commitment to analyzing data, clearly articulating and presenting information as well as communicate effectively with Payments/Payroll/Capital analysts and leaders

Responsibilities

  • Owns the goals and works effectively both independently and as a member of the Risk Ops Org
  • Ability to use sound judgement to identify and escalate conflicting priorities or trends as necessary
  • Quickly, accurately and effectively communicates quality feedback through QA op mechs by leveraging advanced business knowledge of the functional areas they support
  • Working knowledge of business processes and systems/tools
  • Contributes to improvements in processes by identifying key needs or gaps, leveraging data to support key needs and gaps
  • Partners with audit to document and resolve remediation plans 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience with Capital knowledge and understanding of Risk Ops as a whole
  • BS/BA preferred
  • Passionate about developing skills, abilities, and supporting others through quality feedback and communication
  • Proactively builds relationships/networks that enable current performance and future growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex/technology issues simply. Serves as an effective subject matter expert to cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draft and communicate change plans to address business needs
  • Continuously assesses and improves processes within their scope, including the impact on upstream and downstream groups, and drives improvements in processes they interact with while delivering excellent change management skills
  • Learns from successes and mistakes, applies the learning’s and makes the lessons relevant to others
  • Partners with Risk Ops leadership team to improve both the customer and agent experience. May participate in cross-functional team projects
  • Seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
  • Prioritizes work to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines
  • Ability to think start to finish about how to meet internal and external customer needs in a way that is operationally sustainable
