Job Overview

Intuit is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner to provide seamless strategic support to the Senior Vice President of Consumer Group Finance. The person in this role will need to be a skilled and dynamic problem-solver given complex calendaring and prioritizing. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the Intuit ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Handles details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
Extensive calendar management and coordination
Creates strong relationships/partnerships across the EA Community
Partners across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes
Quickly learns background and context to enable independent thinking and decision making with limited data
Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team motivation events
Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/ meetings of senior staff and Board Members and other outside executives
Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
Works on problems of diverse scope where both analysis of data and judgment is required
Interfaces directly with senior leaders
Reports to the SVP of Consumer Group Finance and builds a strong rapport with this leader
Travel planning and coordination
Org Chart maintenance for functional group or business unit
Preparation and tracking of purchase orders
Work effectively as a team player, working well with peers and members of the greater organization

Qualifications

Ability to manage complexity well and demonstrated experience managing across functions and businesses to accomplish large scale goals in a large, public company environment
Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management and across business units and functions
Strong end-to-end process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills, time management, risk assessment and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence people indirectly and work with people in multi-functional roles
Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and influencing skills, including the ability to raise issues appropriately to the right level internally and externally to resolve

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $44 - 59.50 hourly. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
