Job Overview
Intuit’s Ethics Office champions our Integrity Without Compromise value and Intuit’s ethical culture. We are responsible for developing and continuously improving our ethics program and Intuit’s trusted reputation. We look externally and internally to learn from others, we partner with our leaders to set the right tone at the top. We also answer ethics questions from employees, help teach them about ethics and Intuit’s Code of Conduct & Ethics.
This Senior Ethics Analyst role is part of our Ethics Office, which is part of our Legal, Compliance & Policy organization. It reports to our Director, Ethics. The role of the Senior Ethics Analyst is to help maintain and bolster Intuit’s ethical culture and reputation, support industry-leading practices, and help drive continuous improvement. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for ethics and a desire to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answering ethics questions received through Intuit’s reporting channels (Ask Ethics, Salesforce, Integrity Line)
- Ethics-related data, analytics, and reporting
- Administration/management of ethics-managed systems and tools
- Support administration and awareness efforts for annual training cadence for Code and Harassment Prevention trainings
- Assist Global Ethics Office Program Manager with management of ethics governance materials and processes
- Special projects, as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct work experience in ethics and/or similar work experience in Employee Relations
- Strong commitment to ethics and doing the right thing, with the ability to see different perspectives and help analyze areas where there may be multiple paths forward
- Deep respect for privacy and confidentiality
- Alignment with our Legal, Compliance & Policy Organization Ethos, which requires a strong commitment and accountability to the company and each other and connecting to others with as humans and colleagues
- Significant experience working with data to draw meaningful insights and communicate insights in a way that’s easy to understand
- Significant experience working with and leveraging AI and AI functionalities in own work and in the work of others
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
- Passion for organization and keeping multiple balls in the air
- Working collaboratively and cross-functionally; ability to work independently as part of a team
- Very strong attention to detail; process and problem solving skills at both strategic and functional levels
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a “can do” mentality
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal or applicable ethics/HR certifications are a plus (Certified
- Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)/Professional in Human Resources (PHR); or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)/SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $126,000 - 170,000, Southern California $114,500 - 155,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
