Job Overview
We're on the hunt for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the customer success experience for Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). IES is our integrated business management solution designed for our premium mid-market customers. This is a full-time position where you'll have a real impact! We're looking for someone who's a true platform thinker. You'll be crafting those crucial moments in the customer journey with designs that feel both intentional and intuitive. Your work will empower our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), product experts, and domain specialists to deliver top-notch service experiences. Responsibilities
- Dive deep into customer research to pinpoint and tackle critical pain points and find opportunities to make our service processes and tech even better.
- Leverage analytics data to guide your design decisions, making sure our solutions hit the sweet spot between business goals and user needs.
- Lead the charge on refreshing the end-to-end CSM workflows in Salesforce, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
- Design solutions that aren't just good; they're industry-leading, seamlessly weaving in AI and automation to solve big challenges in customer success.
- Use AI-powered tools and workflows that standardize CSM activities, boost efficiency, cut down on manual tasks, and streamline onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with our research, service design, product management, and service delivery teams—collaboration is key!
- Champion human-centered design principles. Negotiate trade-offs, implement best practices, and explore new methods to keep us improving.
- Contribute to our vibrant design community, helping junior designers grow and ensuring high-quality work across all our projects.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in interaction or product design, especially with technology-driven solutions. Bonus points if you've worked in mid-market, enterprise, or customer success environments!
- A compelling portfolio that clearly shows off your expertise in designing efficient and scalable system solutions.
- Solid experience with design thinking and human-centered design principles and methodologies.
- A proven track record of driving projects from planning and scoping to project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve amazing design outcomes.
- A knack for simplifying complex solutions into user-friendly designs that just make sense.
- Proficiency in prototyping and design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning design system.
- Experience with prompting and using various AI applications to accelerate aspects of your design work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You're comfortable conveying complex design strategies through engaging envisioning and storytelling.
- You're comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, able to juggle multiple projects and manage your time like a pro.
